Meet Our Northfield Team

We’re always looking for good folks who work hard and love caring for people. If you’re one of them and are interested in speaking to us about becoming a member of our team, please reach out to us immediately. If you’d like to get to know our current Northfield team, then look over the bios below. As we grow restoring our facilities and returning them back to the pillars of the community they are, we hope to add further talented individuals to our Northfield team.

Our Executive Director, Marci Seal, has a love for working with seniors that define her life. Marci has been a nurse for 24 years. After returning to the workforce once she had raised her five children, she naturally gravitated back to her main source of professional joy–caring for the elderly. She’s worked with some great companies in the senior living space and is truly excited about redefining senior living at Southfield. Marci is proud to lead a great team of talented and caring friends.

Dining Director Adam Lowery joined the Southfield team after years of working as a regional director of dining for a large national senior living company. He loves listening to the stories seniors tell and learning the recipes that remind them of their past. At Southfield, he’s looking forward to creating from scratch a unique, delicious, and nutritious cuisine program for residents. Our top-notch dining team intends to create the best dining experience around.

For over 13 years, Ashley Brackin has been caring for seniors. The Southfield Marketing Director is earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration at Indiana Wesleyan University. Ashley is committed to helping the team at Southfield create something special. The relationships she builds with residents and families is what draws her to the industry. Ashley is eager to become an important part of the lives of our residents and their families here at Northfield and Southfield. As a resident of Hendricks County, Ashley understands how important these properties are to the community. She’s certain they’ll be just as meaningful once again with our team running them.

Sales Director Julie Jones came to Southfield after several years of experience in sales and marketing, most of which was with property management firms. A lot of this work involved assisting seniors, as an activities director, in independent living and long-term care environments. Julie enjoys every experience with seniors. She loves a good story, is always looking for a fantastic piece of advice, and cherishes a kind word at just the right moment. Julie is excited to be working with a great team and is looking forward to helping us make a difference.
